I took pottery lessons in my early twenties and then life got in the way and I only found my way back at age 50.  After a few years of lessons I set up my own loft studio and it has become a fun and creative outlet! I don't spend a lot of time on the wheel because what I really love is hand building and incorporating all kinds of textures in my pieces.  There is absolutely no end to all of the different ways of working with clay, and I'm trying out as many as I can!
